The garden was designed to accommodate the changes of levels between the house and the garden studio at the end of the garden and to compliment the Zinc extension designed by proctorandshaw.

It was also our role to create a connection between the house and the garden, this was successfully done with a careful material selection and bringing dense planting close to the house.

The garden is North East facing so we embraced and enhanced the dappled shade while creating built-in seating in various sunny spots so our client could enjoy seating in the sun at different times of the day. As always a strong planting scheme created the magic and will ensure the garden looks great all year long.
